Well, best laid plans and all that. Spent some time over the weekend working out our proposed travel next year. Rocked up at the travel agent this morning with it all laid out - dates, tours, upgrades etc. We assumed it would all be straightforward - not so.
We were wanting to use our credit from our cancelled tour in 2020 only to be told that there is no availability on that tour for credit bookings. What!!! You already have our money!!! Until we get this sorted out we can't continue with flights, hotels, car hire, etc.
Very annoying. We will wait a couple of days for our travel agent to strut her stuff against the tour company. In the meantime we will look at some alternatives, but I'll say upfront - we won't use this tour company again.
